SEEnergy Group ("we", "us") operates this website to present our consortium and to help you get in touch. This notice explains how we handle personal data when you browse the site and use the contact form.
Data you send via the contact form (name, business email, company, message) is used to answer your request and, where appropriate, to take steps before a contract. The legal bases are the performance of pre-contractual/contractual measures and our legitimate interest in business communication (e.g. Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
We do not sell your data. We may use processors (e.g. email or hosting) under data processing terms, including in countries outside the EEA with appropriate safeguards where required. We keep messages only as long as needed to handle the inquiry and for ordinary follow-up, unless law requires a longer period.
